i was driving yesterday, taking my own sweet time for angin petang; enjoying my holiday before getting involve with the rush tomorrow (today is my first working day of the year 2006 and kena balik lambat lagi...sigh..)
then suddenly..
"neeee nnooo neeee nnooo" and sekelip mata je i could see where the sound came from.
"oh..ambulan....sian org dlm tu, mesti tgh emergency" i said to haida, my wife.
but...
as the vehicle passed me, i can see the writings on the vehicle

why on earth a casket service van speeding ? with the siren on and the lampu ambulan (apa nama lampu tu ha?). bukan ke they deal with orang mati? mana ada urgency sampai bwk cam org giler.
the only thing that came up to my mind is, orang yang mati tu idup balik kot. tu yang laju sgt nak kena hantar hospital.
anyway, have u ever seen a casket service van rushing like an ambulance?

pasal mati idup balik tu i might agree...pasal nak antar gi hospital tu, kurang sket...kalau betol pon, most proly dia cepat2 antar sbb nak tanam...kalau tak nanti kena refund...hahaha
hehehe..good one. maybe more than a reason to speed instead of sbb kena hantar spital. duit oo..nanti tarak untung...
Well, that's pretty strange, kan? There's not quite a suitable excuse for speeding but maybe a good one if the deceased is emitting bad gas seeping through the casket and everyone in the van is in dire need to put him 'out'?! Eiii, scary thought.

i came across the same van before. Samalah.. ingatkan ambulan, rupanya bawak org mati.
heck, they paid for the service.. the higher the payment, the faster they are laid to rest :)
